Football Nova Scotia is pleased to unveil provincial male and women’s flag camp selection dates and pathway.

Phase 1, which is the identification camps for all ages groups, will begin on December 28, 2024 and will run for three sessions. Age groups for this selection camp are under-14, under-16, under-18 and under-19. Registration cost is $125.00.

Selection camp dates for the Male Provincial Flag team:

·         December 28, 2024 6-8 p.m. (U14, U16), 8-10 p.m. (U18, U19) at East Hants Sportsplex, 1076 Hwy 2, Lantz, Nova Scotia

·         January 11, 2025 5-7 p.m. (U14), 6:30-8:30 p.m. (U16), 8-10 p.m. (U18, U19), West Hants Sports Complex, 16 Centennial Dr, Windsor, Nova Scotia

·         January 25, 2025 5-7 p.m. (U14) 6:30-8:30 p.m. (U16) 8-10 p.m. (U18, U19) at West Hants Sports Complex, 16 Centennial Drive, Windsor, Nova Scotia

Selection camp dates for the Women’s Provincial Flag team:

·         December 28, 2024 6-8 p.m. (U14,U16), 8-10 p.m. (U18,U19) at East Hants Sportsplex , 1076 Hwy 2, Lantz, Nova Scotia

From the identification camps, the top 15-20 participants in each age group will move on to Phase 2, which is development team training. It will run from February to April 2025.

In May 2025, the final 15 roster that consists of 12 travel team members and 3 alternates will be selected. That group will continue team training ahead of representing the province at the Elite Flag Nationals.
